I am currently in the process of designing/developing a site that sells women's accessories. I would like to create a chained payment system that splits 15% of all purchases to the developer, and the remaining to the accessories lines paypal account.

I am looking for quotes to get this type of work done. I do not imagine it being a heap of work, but you're the developer, so please let me know.
