Not getting form fields back from paypal in IPN Options

I'm trying to do IPN with paypal. I copied the CF sample code from Paypal's developer code, but I'm not getting anything coming back. I have the auto-responded off and the IPN on. The error message is ELEMENT form field names is undefined in form. If we remark the form fields out of the code we get an INVALID (probably because we are not posting them back ... because we are not getting them in the first place. What gives?

Hello, I am having the exact same issue on the live site. It works perfectly in the sandbox, but it seems that the form data just isn't there. Has anyone seen this, or have an explanation as to why this happens?
