Header image not showing in enhanced checkout Options

Hi,

In "Overview of PayPal's Custom Payment Pages" it says for "Header image URL (optional)" the image appears on the payment page of both the classic and enhanced checkout.
I am using Sandbox for testing. I can see the Header image in the classic checkout but not in the enhanced checkout, although I can see my Logo image in the enhanced checkout. Is there something I must do to see both the images in the enhanced checkout? I will be grateful for all help.
