Customization of Order Summary Windows Options

Hi, Got a store functioning well. PayPal windows are all using default Paypal layouts for Order Summaries.
I would like to add some Custom Titles, maybe some cross marketing links, you know, jazz it up a bit.
Any articles on this? I have seen that these windows are not very customizable.
