IPN disabled often Options

We have found that 'Receive IPN messages' was disabled in our PayPal account often, can you please explain why the problem occurs ?



What i am doing wrong?...Please give the solutions.

If your IPN scripts fails to respond to paypal with a 200Ok HTTP response, then eventually, PayPal will disable the IPN URL in the IPN settings. Check yoru server logs to ensure that there is not an issue with your IPN script that is preventing the correct, 200OK HTTP response.
