Shipping rates not working Options

Hey This is my first post, so go easy on me. I have searched the forum and haven't yet come up with a solution. I want to use buy now buttons to sell a variety of different products. Depending on where i have to ship them will depend on the cost of shipping. Is there any way that you can incorporate location based shipping costs into a buy now button? Thanks!

You would want to use your shipping profile in your account under "Profile" > "Shipping Calculations"
Then in the button creation select "Use the shipping in my Profile"
if you are coding the buttons manually through HTML make sure you don't pass shipping.
