class not found on coldfusion Options

I have the SDK unzipped in c:\paypal\sdk I have added c:\paypal\sdk\bin to the coldfusion classpath and restarted the server, but still I get class not found, I am no Java Guru but I am assuming the classes that are being called from CF are located within the JAR files? Because otherwise I can only find the source files .java uncompiled. Object Instantiation Exception. Class not found: com.paypal.sdk.services.CallerServices
