I'm working on a site that sometimes the local customers want their purchases held for pick-up, how can I offer "hold for pick-up" without shipping charges being added to the shopping cart? Also I need to be able to have 2 or more different items added to the cart with 1 flat fee say 4.95 for the first item and 1.00 for each additional item that is not the same, is this possible?
